Wellness Circles at ASH

Wellness Circles is an 8-week group program at ASH for people who are tired of managing alone. Small circles of 8 to 10 people meet once a week for 90 minutes, guided by a clinical therapist and a life coach in every session, with a physician joining at weeks 1, 4 and 8.
Same group, same room, every week. You come with something you’ve been carrying and leave with real tools, a plan built on clinical input, and nine other people who watched you do the work.

  • Clarity on what’s actually driving the thing you came in for.
  • Practical tools you’ve already practiced, not just heard about.
  • A personal plan built with clinical input, not guesswork.
  • Nine other women who watched you do the work.
  • This is for you if you’ve read the articles, tried the plans, and still feel stuck.
  • If you’ve been told to “manage your stress” without anyone showing you how.
  • If you want structure, accountability and expert eyes, not another wellness account to follow.
  • It is not crisis care or a replacement for individual therapy. If you need one-on-one support, we’ll help you find it.
Pick your circle and register your interest.
Short intake call/prescreening so we place you in the right group.
Confirm your seat when the cohort fills.

Only what you want to. Listening is participating too.
Register your interest anyway. We open cohorts as they fill and you’ll be first in line.

A guided discussion built around that week’s theme, practical exercises you work through as a group, and space to talk about how the last week went.

Tell us at intake. We’ll move one of you to a different cohort if it feels awkward.
